Cancellation Policy

Reunion Attendance Tickets
All requests for cancellations must be made in writing no less than 15 days prior to your first event date.  All cancellations will be charged a $50.00 per person cancellation fee.  Tickets are non-transferable (no substitutions). 

Hotel Rooms
All hotel rooms provided through First Coast Reunions have been pre-paid by F.C.R. and are offered on a limited basis to classmates at a discounted rate.  Rooms included in the F.C.R. room block are double occupancy rooms only and are available Friday and Saturday Nights only.  Any requests for upgrades (i.e., King Size Beds, Suites, Special Needs Rooms, etc.) must be made directly with the hotel. 

If you reserve your room through F.C.R. it will be charged to your method of payment in advance and is non-refundable, non-transferable and all sales on hotel rooms are final.
